eHRMS

The eHRMS portal has been developed to maintain service data and related records of employees and officers working in all departments under the Government of Madhya Pradesh. eHRMS facilitates the maintenance of e-service books and provides employee details such as personal information, family details, nominee information, education, qualifications, transfer history, annual confidential report, leave records, etc.

The primary objective of developing eHRMS is to eliminate the manual legacy HR system and provide employees and officers with online access to their service data. With this objective, eHRMS has currently been implemented in 20 departments, including the Tribal Welfare Department, Public Health and Family Welfare Department, Medical Education Department, where more than 1.7 lakh employees have been successfully registered.

Additionally, in the year 2023, online transfer applications were received in the Women and Child Development Department and Tribal Department. In the year 2024, departments such as the Horticulture and Food Processing Department, Tribal Welfare Department, Home Department, and Energy Department completed online appraisal activities.
